Schoolie stripers have been hitting almost anything over the last couple of days. Fly fisherman and bait fisherman alike have managed to catch one after another once they find the fish. These fish tend to move with the tide so they do not stay in one spot too long. Sometimes and adjustment of 50ft up or downstream will put you back in the fish. The average size striper is 18″ as of today with some of the 30″ fish still hanging around.
